Welcome to Fountain Rock! This lovely quiet park offers unique experiences for visitors of all ages and intersts. Take a serene walk through the beautiful grounds. Check out the historic battery of lime kiln with a self interpretive trail composed of nine signs to learn about the kilns. Come into the nature center where you can meet turtles, frogs, snakes, and spiders. Play games or get a mircoscopic view of bugs, wings, or cacoons. Put on a puppet show or read a book. Play on the brand new playground equipment. Or just sit on the boardwalk and watch as native wildlife enjoy this sanctuary.
Join us for some wonderful programming that is FREE, open to the public, and sponsored by the Nature Council!
